FREE SECRET BEAUTY TREATMENT
A lot of people have asked me the secret to my glowing skin. I use a very simple treatment that is easy and quick to do and within a week will show real results that you and others will notice.
Firstly you need to ask at your local coffee shop for some coffee grounds after they have made you your favourite coffee. You will also need a raw egg, a facial cleaner and a moisturiser.
When you wake up in the morning use a mild facial cleaner mixed with some coffee grounds to clean your face for about a minute. When you have finished dab your face dry with a towel. Then you need to seperate the white from the yolk of an egg and keep the yolk for cooking later. Using a small flat brush, cover your face with the white of the egg taking care not to get any into your eyes or on your lips. If possible lay down and avoid talking and moving for half an hour and then look in the mirror! The egg will have dried and your face will look strange to say the least! Don't worry, rinse off the egg with cold water and use a towel to dab your face dry. Finish by applying a facial moisturiser - even after just one treatment you will probably notice a different. After a week you should definitely notice a difference.
If using make up afterwards try not to use powder based products or those that will clogg up your pores. A lot of people after using this treatment find they need very little or no facial make up after using this treatment - give it a go.

Exciting changes at Coffee house
As of the 21st of March 2016, Michelle and Gary Kitchen will be taking over Coffee House at 189 Hume Street.
Michelle and Gary Kitchen are both Toowoomba people through and through having lived most of their lives here. They married young and raised their family in Toowoomba. They have 2 daughters, Kirra-Lee and Brittany, a brand new grandchild and remain a very close knit family. As a family they have travelled extensively through Asia and their love of travelling and food has become the family hobby.
As “empty nesters” Michelle and Gary took the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Asia taking in 11 countries during the last year to sample food and lifestyles in the most favoured of these and bring back ideas and recipes
After returning from one year of Asian travels they arrived back in Toowoomba at a crossroads in their lives and when the opportunity to take over the Coffee House Café presented itself they jumped at the chance to pursue their next challenge.
Michelle’s passion for food was ignited at an early age watching her grandmother preparing meals. She followed that passion doing her time under the chef’s at a cafeteria and has since worked successfully in many local hotel restaurants, bistros and cafes in various positions and at the pinnacle of her career was Executive Chef in several different locations.
Gary has also worked along side Michelle for several years in their own bistro along with others and also enjoys front of house duties and bar work. It’s called the Hospitality Industry for a reason and being hospitable gives Gary great joy.
Their aim for the Coffee House is to continue the great work already done by Theresa and her staff and raise the bar by producing food not just made fresh but made with love. This will be a family affair as their youngest daughter will join them and bring her passion for great food and excellent service and extensive experience in cake baking and decorating.
They are looking forward to meeting all of the Coffee House regulars and going on to deliver the already high standard of service as well as putting their own spin on the blossoming cafe culture in Toowoomba.
Michelle and Gary will have new dishes on a weekly basis to indulge your taste, so be sure come over regular to
sample their exciting new dishes and personal service.

In 2014 the Toowoomba Christmas Wonderland operates from 6-24 December with over 80,000 people enjoying the lights over 18 amazing nights with only one night washed out due to wet weather. The three major charities shared $84,000 with over $6,000 being donated to smaller support organisations.

Billion dollars project Toowoomba
As the largest Commonwealth Government commitment to a single regional road project in Queensland’s history, the $1.6 billion Toowoomba Second Range Crossing (TSRC) is set to streamline the region’s transport and logistics capabilities
The TSRC will encompass a 42km bypass route that will link Brisbane, the Darling Downs and the Surat Basin, running from the Warrego Highway at Helidon in the east to the Gore Highway at Athol in the West via Charlton. The existing range crossing is currently operating well-over capacity with approximately 28,000 cars and trucks using the crossing daily. TSRC will significantly increase freight efficiencies and market availability across all sectors in the region, and compliment the Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport and the anticipated Inland Rail Project to bring together unprecedented road, rail and air connectivity in the region. As Australia’s largest inland road project and also the largest in Queensland, TSRC will offer the following benefits to Toowoomba and the surrounding regions, including: • 80% reduction of heavy and super heavy commercial vehicles on existing crossing. • 25% (approx.) reduction in commercial vehicle operating costs. • 40 minute reduction in travel time when crossing the range. • Driver safety improvements, relief of pressure on Toowoomba roads and enhanced liveability for city residents. • Capacity to cater for growth beyond 25 years.

Camerata of St John's
Bernard Herrmann's music for Hitchcock's Psycho still creates a spine-tingling feeling nearly 60 years after its premiere. Saint-Saëns' famous Danse Macabre sets a scene where Death calls the dead from their graves to dance for him as he plays his spuriously tuned fiddle.
Youmi Kimura's hit song Always With Me from the 2001 Japanese anime film Spirited Away tells the story of Chihiro Ogino, a sullen 10 year old girl who, while moving to a new neighbourhood, inadvertently enters the spirit world.
